WHAT D.U.S. MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS COVER:

Your “Maintenance Contract” is a Fixed-Fee Plan, which includes regularly scheduled HVAC System maintenance.
We go beyond simple checkups, to diagnose, analyze & optimize your HVAC Systems performance.
We use the latest tools & technology to identify system issues, failures & performance problems.
Regular maintenance allows us to catch many problems early, so they don’t turn into costly repairs & failures.
D.U.S. Maintenance Contracts do not include: Emergency Service, Repairs or Replacement Parts.
We will work with you to create a unique HVAC Service Agreement tailored to the specific needs & requirements of your business.

HOW DOES IT WORK AND WHAT TO EXPECT?

Creating your HVAC Maintenance Contract starts with us performing a thorough review of your HVAC Systems.
You’ll meet with a Technician Advisor who will help you to understand your HVAC Systems & Equipment.
Once we’ve assessed your HVAC Systems, we’ll help you create a plan that addresses the needs of your business.
We’ll help you make good, cost effective & informed decisions, so we can establish an effective plan for future service.
Once we have all the necessary information, you’ll receive a detailed Maintenance Agreement Contract to Review & Accept.
Your Contract will clearly state what’s included & what’s not included. We try to use language that is as clear & concise as possible.
Once your Contract is underway, we’re here for you, whether it’s for your Contract Maintenance, or to discuss Repairs or New Equipment.
